Successful trainees receive BoxHive Operator or Technician certification, ensuring consistent, safe, and efficient use of the automated equipment.

Maintenance & Support Plans

Choose from tiered support plans—Basic, Premium, and Enterprise—that include scheduled preventive maintenance, remote diagnostics, and on-site repairs. Our predictive-maintenance service uses sensor data to forecast component wear and schedule service before failures occur.
